Hayden Nichols

Hayden Nichols is a land sales agent and registered forester for John Hall and Company.

Hayden grew up in Thomasville, Alabama where his passion for hunting, fishing, and land management began at a young age. He is a current member of the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Ducks Unlimited (DU), Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF), and the Alabama Forestry Association (AFA). 

Hayden currently manages over 20,000  acres of privately owned timberland across Central and East Central Alabama.  He helps his clients put out timber sales, negotiate timber contracts, schedule timber harvests/thinning, as well as scheduling planting and site preparation projects.

Since January 2021, Hayden has sold nearly 5,000 acres across Central and East Central Alabama and was a recipient of the prestigious Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI) APEX Award for the year of 2021. 

Hayden and his wife, Caroline, live in Auburn, Alabama and enjoy spending time with their three-year-old lab named Delta. Hayden is a graduate of Auburn University where he received a B.S. degree in Forest Management.
