Hoke Smith

Hoke is best at helping clients buy and sell land in Alabama with expertise in hunting, land management, and wildlife development.

He is a John Hall and Company partner owner who grew up spending almost every weekend hunting and enjoying the woods of south Alabama with family. He has spent his whole life learning about land stewardship and wildlife development.

Hoke’s knowledge and experience coupled with his talent in technology, makes him a great resource to market properties for his clients. From drone videos to internet marketing, Hoke is an expert in land sales.

Hoke makes the time to help his clients understand selling land in Alabama by showing them what their property is worth. On the other side, he assists buyers on listing land needs and narrowing down their selection when buying land in Alabama.

About Hoke:

Hoke is currently working towards his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) certification. He serves on The Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and is a committee member of the local Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF) chapter, National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) chapter, and The Alabama Forestry Association (AFA).

Hoke has a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Wildlife Biology. He and his wife, Hollan, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Mae Pritchett, and their golden retriever, Mable.
